Maintenance agreements
We offer additional maintenance agreements on all new and ex-rental commercial and industrial laundry equipment that we sell. Maintenance agreements are fully inclusive of all breakdowns including parts, labour & travel charges throughout. Service contracts on all new or existing machines can be tailored to your existing or new equipment.
Our technicians undergo constant service training and carry most common parts for brands covered. We also offer responsive service calls as and when required. With a comprehensive stock of spares and skilled team of nationwide technicians, you can trust The OPL Group to keep your laundry up and running.
Maintenance Agreements
Keep your laundry under expert care with a maintenance agreement plan in place. Our maintenance agreements can be structured to suit all requirements and include as much or as little as needed. This gives great peace of mind that the site can contact our service department whenever they have an issue and an expert technician will be dispatched to get the issue resolved quickly and effectively. Maintenance agreements will also be structured to integrate the desired level of Preventative Maintenance Visits to keep the equipment in great working order and pre empt issues to prevent unwanted downtime.
PMV Agreements
A very popular alternative to our maintenance agreements is to have a ‘PMV’ Preventative Maintenance Visit plan in place for the frequency that suits your requirements and budget. With PMVs our expert technicians will strip, clean and test the functions on the machine and report on their findings.
Servicing & Responsive Call Outs
Even without a maintenance agreement or PMV plan in place, we would be delighted to make arrangements to carry out any service requirements or respond to breakdowns on a chargeable need by need basis whenever you require us. You can always rely on a professional and knowledgable technician to be with you promptly and resolve your issues as effectively as possible.
